Transco is well-known for providing high-quality, direct-drive oil-bath vane pumps. All are two-stage rotary vane pumps with an oil bath seal. These high vacuum pumps are suitable for pumping neutral gases common in neon production. All of the materials have been selected so as to have a long life and be resistant to high temperatures.
Thanks to the high capacity "gas ballast" device, condensable vapors can be pumped. All pumps are equipped with a special electronic relief valve. This avoids pressure rise or oil -flow-back in the system under vacuum while air is allowed to re-enter the pump chambers. A transparent window makes it easy to check the oil level in the casing.
